ELM is a brand near and dear to my heart. I remember vividly the day I went out to lunch with Phil Watkins, and he pitched the ELM Imprint record label project to me. As we sat over pizza, I listened to his vision for ELM. ELM—a clean/classic design with nature-influenced imagery. At the same time, we wanted to pay homage to our joint past’s skateboard/surf graphics. It was a dream project for me, tapping into my strengths as an illustrator and designer and my passion for the Jungle/Drum & Bass music genre.
I created their logo, record sleeves, clothing line, merchandise, and event graphics during my tenure with ELM Imprint. I have a lot of pride in my work, and it was a pleasure working with Phil and helping him make his vision.
