PBS KIDS Jiggle Board

Designed and developed in 2018, this marquee feature highlights a user’s selection of a specific show on the PBS KIDS Game page. Internally called the “Jiggle Board” for its wiggling interactive elements, the feature allows users to rearrange and customize the page layout through an interactive sticker interface inspired by static cling activities. Working with the PBS KIDS development team, we created a framework and template that enabled a single designer or developer to design, build, and publish updates in just a few hours. A core goal of the Jiggle Board was to introduce joy, surprise, and non-linear play, encouraging children to explore and interact freely with the page.
